How Do I Place An Order?Ordering from P'etiquette really is a simple process. Just choose the options you like from the drop down menus on the product page, and then add your finished product to your basket. Once you have finished shopping, click on the checkout button, which will take you to a new page where you can enter your shipping details. You will then be taken to a secure page where you can enter your payment details.
Where Can I See The Leather & Crystal Colours?
You can view our colour selection of hand-dyed leather on our Colour Options page along with the Swarovski crystal colour guide. Please note that the leather colours are a guide only, and there may be variations to the exact colour as each is hand dyed. As well as this, for those collars where you can choose the colour of crystal, there will be an image of the available colours underneath the main collar image. Clicking on this image will bring up a new window with your choices of crystal colours.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We use Paypal for our online payments. Paypal is an easy and secure payment method, where you can pay with debit or credit cards, or direct from your bank account. You do not need to set up an account to use Paypal, but if you do have an account, the process is even quicker. If you do not have a PayPal account then they are free and easy to set up.
You can pay over the phone with your debit or credit card, simply call us on 08725 814126 and we'll take your order.
Alternatively, if you would prefer to pay by cheque, you can contact us to make the arrangement. Please note that when accepting cheque payments, we will need to wait for the cheque to clear before we hand-make your collar or lead.
Will I Receive Confirmation Of My Order?
As soon as you place your order with us you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email from us when we have dispatched your item. If you do not receive any email notification from us after purchasing anything from our site, please check your junk mail, as our emails have probably landed there.
Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
We work fast at P'etiquette to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. For that reason, if you wish to cancel or change your order, we ask that you contact us on (07825) 814126, or email us at dazzleme@p-etiquette.co.uk as soon as possible.
How Long Will It Take To Make My Collar?
Each and every one of our collars and leads are made by us to your specific details. There's no mass production, only quality workmanship that will last. We try our hardest to make all orders within 3-4 days of receiving the order, but in busy periods this may be slightly longer.
How Will I Receive My Order?
You will receive your collar in a luxury gift box which can be kept and used again and again.
What Are Your Shipping Charges?
Our Shipping charges are fixed, to keep everything simple. We use Royal Mail for our deliveries.

- Within the UK: Collars, leads & harnesses - 1st Class Recorded Delivery - £3.95
- Within Europe: International Signed For - £8.50
- Rest of the World: International Signed For - £12.50
What Is Your Returns And Exchange Policy?
As all of our items are handmade to order, we regret that we cannot offer exchanges for collars that may be the wrong size, or colour for example. It is for this reason very important that you check your dog's neck size before you order your luxury collar.
If in the unlikely event that you receive your collar and it is in unsatisfactory condition, we will take this very seriously. Please contact us on (07825) 814126, or email us at dazzleme@p-etiquette.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your collar and we can arrange a refund or replacement.
