This handmade leather half check dog collar might be best suited for a dog with attitude! Skull & Crossbones are riveted securely in place next to dazzling Swarovski crystals.
Choose the leather colour of your choice from our selection of colours which can be viewed on our colour options page.
Once selected, then choose the colour for your Swarovski crystal. We currently have seven colours available which can be selected from the drop down menu above.
Next, choose the strap width for the collar, this style is available in 3/4" and 1" widths. Then, select the size your dog will need. For help on how to choose which size, read the sizing guide by clicking on the "additional information" tab.
P'etiquette designer collars are all lined with a luxuriously soft pigskin leather lining, in black or brown, depending on which colour you choose for your collar.
Finally, decide whether you'd like a lead to complete your set. The leads can be made with skull & crossbones and Swarovski crystals at the base of the lead next to the clip, or as a plain leather lead in the matching colour. The leads are lined with the same soft pigskin leather lining as the collar.
Each and every P'etiquette collar, lead and harness is made to order and will normally be sent out within five working days, although at exceptionally busy periods it can sometimes take slightly longer.

| Fitting Guide | To correctly fit a half check collar take a tape measure around the dogs neck where you would like the collar to sit. Make sure that the tape measure is quite snug around the neck and make a note of the measurement. Select the neck size from the drop down menu, we'll then make the collar accordingly. If the neck size was 14", then we'll make the collar so that the leather and the two rings on either side of the collar will measure approx 13". This would then give about an inch of chain when tight, so the dog will be unable to back out of the collar, but will still be nice and comfy when loose. It is important to make sure that the collar is not permanently tight around the dogs neck. The purpose of the collar is to allow you to check the dog, then release. This way there will be no discomfort for the dog, but it will quickly learn where the heel position is. |
